What services do you offer as a graphic designer?
My services specialize in logo design and branding for both print and digital media. If you have specific requests beyond my usual scope, I'm open-minded and happy to discuss the possibilities further.
How Do you Approach Your work?
I work remotely and will ask you to complete a design brief form that will give me a detailed insight into and understanding of your business/product design needs; how you want to be positioned and the key elements of your brand (colours, icons, illustration, fonts and so on). Once you have agreed to the costs and outlined concepts, we will sign a letter of agreement before I start work. There is an upfront fee to cover the creation of the design concepts, then the final payment is upon completion of the work.
Can you just design a logo?
Yes, I am more than happy to design an individual logo to suit your needs. It will be custom-drawn and totally unique for you.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, I do offer revisions. After presenting the initial design concepts, you can provide feedback, and I'll make the necessary revisions to meet your requirements. Typically, a project includes a specific number of revisions outlined in our agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
How does your service differ from other platforms such as Fiver?
My service is just as responsive as most other online platforms, however, everything I produce will be a custom design, it will be designed to give you a return on your investment and add significant value to your business. I do not use off-the-shelf vectors in my work and will only produce something original and bespoke.
How long will it take to complete a piece of work?
The time it takes to complete a project depends on the complexity of the task. A simple logo design can take as little as one day to complete, a full re-brand could take anything from one week up to a month. This will be determined by the amount of work/edits required.
What file formats will I receive for my design?
Upon completion and approval of the project, you will receive the final design files in commonly used formats such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, and, if applicable, vector formats like AI or EPS. These formats ensure that you can use your designs both online and in print.
Can you assist with printing and other production processes?
Yes, I can help you with the printing process. I work closely with reputable print providers and can coordinate the printing of your materials. I can also provide guidance on choosing the right paper, finishes, and quantities for your print project.
How much will it cost?
As a general guide, I work on a flat rate of £225.00 and will always quote the full cost of any project upfront before any work is done. For all branding concepts, I charge a minimum fee of £100.00, which includes the supply of a branding concept sheet.
